You can have a say or you can leave it to the craftswoman! 

Design decisions include:

• Size and shape of the pillow
• Border options (whether it's picking out the color of the fleece border or deciding to use remaining t-shirt scraps to frame the pillow)
• Quilted design (if applicable) 

The craftswoman will reach out to you once we receive the t-shirt to finalize design decisions. 

An address will be provided once you have placed your order for a custom t-shirt pillow. 

You may send us a message through our contact page portal to request a cancellation to your order. Please be advised we can only cancel your order if it has not been processed or shipped. 

You have 24 hours from the time in which your order was placed to make an order modification for standard orders. Custom orders will be handled individually for modifications prior to the first cut.   

Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly! If you enter the wrong shipping address, and do not correct it within 24 hours of placing your order, we are not able to offer a refund. 

Leather is sourced from a local leather goods maker in San Diego. Our earrings are made from remnants that would otherwise be discarded.

Yes! We would love to give your t-shirt new life. Just send us a message through our contact page, and we will be in touch! 

We purchase our shirts from places that we know are trying to give pieces a second life: secondhand stores and donations from friends and family. We are trying to save items from ending up in landfills. 

And for custom pillows, the shirts are provided by the customer. 

Currently,  all of our products are created here in the USA. Everything is designed, managed, and shipped out of San Diego, CA.
